INTER/NATIONAL CROSS LEARNING & RESEARCH

Cross-learning and research among different individuals, institutions, and geographies can help each other in many ways. Knowledge and experience sharing can save time and resources towards solving any specific challenges towards development.

Intellectuals Center has initiated the ‘Inter/National Cross-Learning & Research program to facilitate experience sharing among different individuals, institutions, and geographies.  

Target groups for this initiative are:

 

Program: CEPT University Summer – Winter School in Nepal [Dec 2023]

Intellectuals Center team provided technical & logistic support to the 12 urban planning, design & architecture students from CEPT University – India for their 5-day visit to Summer-Winter School (SWS) to explore the urban landscape, habitat & climate change linkages in Kathmandu, Nepal. The main objective of their visit to Nepal was to explore the climate-resilient urban infrastructure systems of Kathmandu, Nepal.

As a part of technical support, Intellectuals Center organized the interaction session between the students and esteemed organizations in Nepal including UNDP Nepal and Khwopa College of Engineering to share the CEPT students’ perspectives and also interact with experts in Nepalese academia & professional fields.

The students came up with individuals research topics after their field exploration in Kathmandu Valley.
