Summary of the projectÂ
Intellectuals Center worked as technical partner for implementation Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH) project at the earthquake-affected areas of Sindhupalchowk and Nuwakot districts in Nepal.

At the Outreach Center locations of Dhulikhel Hospital (DH), 400 RTI toilets and hygiene support were provided. Intellectuals Center signed an agreement with Dhulikhel Hospital and supported the execution of the earthquake response activity with design, logistics arrangement, and field installation of the toilets and hygiene products.
Representatives of affected families were invited to the nearest Outreach centers of Dhulikhel hospital, where they were trained to install the RTI toilets at their respective houses and temporary settlements.

Intellectuals Center provided support in building 200 temporary toilets with plastic pans for the earthquake-affected community in Bhotang, Sindhupalchowk district. The activity was carried out with support of Ecoprise: a social enterprise.
